Due to the nature of downloadable digital software and lifetime license generation, all sales of Filoshi are considered final. Once a commercial license key has been issued and access to the software is granted, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds are strictly limited to exceptional billing circumstances, such as accidental duplicate charges for the same license. If you believe your purchase falls under a billing error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
