Filoshi offers a complete, no-questions-asked 30-day refund window. If the software fails to integrate into your workflow, or if you encounter terminal bugs across your obscure formats, you are entitled to a full reimbursement of your $14.90 commercial license.

2. How to Request

To request a refund, simply email our support desk with your original purchase receipt or license key. Funds will be returned to the origin payment method within standard banking transfer windows (typically 3-5 business days).

3. Revocation

Upon processing of the refund, the digital license key will be invalidated and future updates strictly disabled for that specific payload. The software binary will subsequently revert to the Free Web equivalency mode.
