1. Local Processing Guarantee

Filoshi respects your privacy by design. All file conversions, whether on the desktop application or the web interface, are orchestrated locally. We absolutely do not upload your media to an external server layer.

2. Analytics and Telemetry

We do not collect implicit telemetry data or diagnostic crashes. Your application footprint is entirely sequestered to your own hardware environment.

3. Transactional Data

When purchasing a lifetime commercial license, standard billing and gateway information is routed securely via our merchant of record. We only retain the email address necessary to furnish your API license key and deliver update notes.
