The Filoshi desktop application operates with complete privacy:

• No Telemetry: The application includes no telemetry, tracking, or analytics whatsoever.
• Offline Operation: The application runs entirely locally and offline on your device.
• Local Processing: All file conversions occur on your device. No files are uploaded to our servers or any third parties.
• License Validation: The only network communication is a periodic license validation to verify your purchase.
• No Data Collection: The application does not collect, transmit, or share any usage data, files, or personal information.

2. Information We Collect

While the desktop application collects no data, we do collect certain information through our website (filoshi.com) to facilitate sales, marketing, and support:

• Personal Data: When you purchase a license, we collect your email address to deliver your license key, receipt, and account updates.
• Financial Data: Payments are securely processed by our merchant of record, Polar. We do not directly collect or store your full credit card number or bank details.
• Derivative Data: Our servers automatically collect standard web server logs when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and the pages you have viewed.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected via our website for various purposes, including to:
